Due to the high volume of requests pending Dr. Fleming's Dec. 31st 2024 retirement, please allow 30 days for record transfer.  If you have a future appointment with Dr. Fleming before Dec. 31st 2024 please do not make an appointment with a new urologist until you are done seeking care with Dr. Fleming. 

The office will be open for administrative purposes beyond Dec. 31st. 

Please do not leave messages asking if records releases have been received or if records have been sent as these messages will not be returned. Leaving multiple messages may slow down the process.
